Dear CCPA members,
2015 has been a big year for the Association. We have formally affiliated with ACPA, we are holding our first Spring Institute in a few years (this Saturday!), and we have a solid leadership team of student affairs professionals here in California. I am pleased to share that we will be continuing that momentum by opening elections this May for two open positions: President-Elect and Director of Professional Development.
Election Timeline:
- April 20, 2015 – Candidate application opens at http://myccpa.org
- April 30, 2015 – Application period closed
- May 1, 2015 – Voting opens (applications will be online for all CCPA and California ACPA members to see)
- May 8, 2015 – Voting closes
- May 11, 2015 – Elected candidates are contacted with the outcome. Elected candidates will be required to accept their nomination by submitting a letter of support from their supervisor.
- May 18, 2015 – Election outcome announced
- June 19/20, 2015 – Leadership Retreat (tentative date)
